With over 15 years of experience in supply chain and procurement for the oil & gas industry, Deaana is a seasoned professional dedicated to delivering essential materials and services that keep operations moving. She has extensive expertise in sourcing, managing, and supplying critical equipment for midstream projects and offshore rig support, including pipe, valves, gaskets, fittings, and other mission-critical components.

About Juan
With over 22 years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry, Juan brings a deep, hands-on understanding of trucking and brokerage operations across nearly every segment of freight. His background includes dump trucks, flatbeds, heavy haul, winch trucks, hot-shot operations, and specialized equipment moves, with extensive experience supporting oil & gas projects.
Juan has worked closely with upstream, midstream, and field service operations, moving rigs, pipe, valves, fittings, equipment, and time-critical materials to yards, plants, and remote job sites. He understands the urgency, compliance requirements, and coordination demands unique to oil & gas work—where downtime is costly and execution matters.
In addition to field operations, Juan has successfully built and managed logistics and brokerage businesses, overseeing DOT and FMCSA compliance, carrier onboarding, sales, customer relations, and complex project logistics. His ability to align carriers, drivers, and customers makes him a trusted partner for demanding industrial and energy-sector freight.
